  • World class spin bike instructor and everyone of the cyclers in this video is sitting with very poor position. Seats need to be raised.

  • Yes was going to ask about the seat height.. have been advised to set it to the same height as your hip bone and also make the handle bars the same height or a smidge lower

    .. then make sure the leg when in the pedal at the bottom of the turn is slightly bent, and arms slightly bent as well on the handles? Also was shown that the tip of the front of the seat to the back of the handlebars is about the same length as your arm, plus an inch....?? another pro video I saw, cyclist was sitting higher.

  • i just bought a spinbike from sole this thing is solid very well built about 800.00 i know they make great treadmills nice looking machine too!

  • Are the magnetic resistance bikes any good?

  • just go for a real bike ride i bet u'll burn more cal. ride for 2h 30mins u'll burn 1.000 or more, ride 20-30km/h.
