we seem to be getting black algae build up also Do you reccomend clorox water mix for this What would the ratio of water to clorox be cup to a gallon? We live in arizona and have a fiberglass pan no tile Almost seems like it could be a health hazard

I've seen some folks use vinegar and baking soda to clean drains Is this a good idea

@gvblk4yt White vinegar (mildly acidic) can be sprayed on affected areas followed by baking soda and sponge to wipe and rinse affected areas. Use bath fan (on timer preferably) or leave window ajar to allow area to dry (as much as is reasonable) after each use. More regular cleaning may be in order if problem is persistent. Your concerns about a health hazard are founded so be sure to use protective gear (respirator) gloves to minimize contact. Keep area wet during cleaning (NEVER DRY!)++BOB

Bob,

When i drain a sewer water it will not go down the drain and instead it came up the drain. and I see black water of the drain and One pipe is hot and Other pipes is cold what does that mean? How do i fix that problem?

@fairno2 Thats why you take it to the Inspectors fire marshal etc etc etc

Cause if the landlord does not take any complain n such within two wks you have the right to file a report against the person.. you people need to wise the hell up and learn you're rights.. take it up with people higher than the crappy landlord how hard is that? It's not people like you make it difficult for your selves.

I have been telling people this for 9yrs.. and you people fail to educate you're naive selves..
