The War of Two Worlds

Summary: A while after the Hokage Summit, Sakura goes after Sasuke and tries to kill him-canon. Madara chokes her and throws her off a bridge in retalliation. She is transported into another world. How? By whom? Konoha never recovered her body, so what will Naruto do?
