  • 'What they respect is honesty'...the most important relationship advice anyone can give

  • @sofuknossum "Paid for Loving" by Love Jones

  • Doghouse you're so fucking money and you better know it.

  • @Srength4life Mike opens w/ the waitress saying "It says 'Breakfast Anytime?'", the "anytime" meaning like he meant historical eras (Dark Ages, Medieval, etc.)...

Hence, "I'll have the pancakes in the Age of Enlightenment"...

  • Why the fuck did you put some parts in 9 min blocks, and some in 3 min blocks like 3a 3b 3c? What's that all about? Thanks for the upload though.

  • @tedwilli9 How many Vegas waitresses would know about Voltaire?

  • @Antrizzle2009 what are you talking about?

  • @jmh90 True I suppose. Could just be a coincidence that she would say Voltaire in that situation. Either way, its great writing. I will say this tho, notice how after she leaves the table the first time, he panics and starts rambling about how he went over her head and what not and should have just said renaisance? I thought that was interesting.

  • @Antrizzle2009 That's a bit of a reach I think. Odds are he just picked a time period and she responded with a figure form that period regardless of the tenuous coffee connection. Coffee is just a commonly ordered drink that goes with breakfast food.

  • @jmh90 Actually he was referring to the coffee. See during the actual "age of enlightenment" in the 18th century, coffeehouses or "cafes" in Europe and in the new world became a place for social gatherings for the upper class and intellictual people. She says Voltaire because he used to go to this place in Paris called the Cafe Procope, which was the first "cafe" in France. This is actually brilliant writing that goes over 99% of the viewer's heads.
