Shut the fuck up about bringing American idot to all these random places like Los Angeles or Canada. Broadway is the fucking place for it to be....an iconic film center. Sorry if you can afford to go to new York but we don't want you anyway

@VivaLaMegan13 They have not said anything about it as far as I know, and 'I highly doubt that, unfortunately. Broadway musicals tend to stick to broadway.

However, local groups often do their own versions of shows like this, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that. :)

If anyone knows more on this subject than me, feel free to say so!

@TurnedSkyward Yes, but in my experience it usually is not the original cast that tours, which is what I meant. Maybe I'm wrong about that too, though? I really don't know all that much on the subject. Come to think of it I think I'll keep quiet now and leave this to the people who know what they are talking about ;)

@VivaLaMegan13 It has been anounced that in fall 2011 there will be a touring production of American Idiot. That does not mean the original cast will be touring, many of the original leads will be gone by march 1. They have not cast the touring production yet though, or at least they have not posted the list yet.
