Part 1: http://youtube.com/watch?v=7zQBp87hl4c
In March of 2005, Richard Bosworth played the Chopin First Piano Concerto in E Minor with the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra from Port Charlotte, Florida; the ensemble was conducted by Janita Hauk. The actual footage you see is from the third concert of a three-part series and was held in Bonita Springs, Florida at one of the local churches, First Presbyterian.
As you may well know, this Concerto No. 1 is incorrectly published. The F Minor Chopin (catalogued as number 2) is really the first concert piece for piano and orchestra to come from Chopin's hand. This is an all too familiar story when compared to the Beethoven Concerti.
Due to YouTube time restrictions, the first movement which is about 20 minutes in length had to be segregated into two parts. Also, the long orchestral introduction was omitted because of the large file size.
THIS IS PART 2 of 2.
How beautiful you play his sorrow, and now where you gift those tears of music...
