The FISA act is illegal. It violates Constitutional law. Anything done on behalf of it's intent would not hold up in a court of LAW.

What pisses me off, is if they find some OTHER law you broke BESIDES terrorism they can charge you for that. If the bill was strictly for preventing terrorism AND ONLY TERRORISM then I would be fine with it.
