After filling a trailer with 100,000 pounds of corn, it will be stored at the grain elevator in Mer Rouge, Louisiana. To do this, the corn must have a 15% or less moisture rating, otherwise it needs to be put in a dryer first, at an additional cost to the farmer.

  • @1redneckdodgeman actually we dont run trailers like that, i was saying what people that do run them can haul. We pull double tri-axle dakotas.

  • @clkclkboom04 u guys run small trucks mine that i drive i can haul 51 ton 13 axles, 30 wheels around 18 hundred bushles

  • @clkclkboom04 were only allowed 80,000 GVW

  • man you guys must have shitty highways over there if you allow regular tandem axle hopper trailers like that to haul 100,000 lbs of corn, around here we can only haul about 52,000 in a trailer like that, puts us at about 85000 with the truck weight
