There's a possibility, but it's been stated that the walls are sealed to other dimensions and parallel worlds. So, if David Tennant did come back, I'd say it would be for a "The Two Doctors" special or something like they have done in the past.

I think it would be easy to bring 10.5 back into the series, at least for a 2 parter of like the ending of series 3 - a 3 parter.
