Do NOT USE THIS NETWORK. They have no local expertise and simply put out standardised reports which have the same content no matter what the nature of the property. This is production-line surveying at its worst.

Sorry Hoarse but you are totally wrong. Each Inspection is carried out by a Local RICS Surveyor who has the expertise you refer to and each report describes the specific defects and condition of the property being inspected. There is no such thing as a " standardised report " when it comes to a Building Inspection. If you are not a Chartered Surveyor you will have no understanding of the complexity of the training and education that an RICS Surveyor has to undertake.
