In fact, that is what I was saying. However, I did not take it to the ultimate conclusion that we should extend it to all of the criminals, because only Bush and Cheney came up, and I was not taking it any further at the moment, though obviously, if pressed, I am readily willing to admit that they are not the only criminals here.
