Relax and Let Go!

I used to teach yoga and during a session I would guide people through meditation. I say whatever comes to mind at the time. It's not scripted. I know that most listen and don't see the scenery, I hope you watch it at least once to enjoy the scenery! Relax and enjoy!

This is good for a couple of reasons, you don't tell people how to breath or count breaths. And you stick with the theme of relaxation without the counter productive tensing & relaxing non-sense. Also I love your voice.

This is a good video, but the microphone you use has a bit to much reverb. Other than that, good video.
