  • hello, i'm on a mission to make alkaline vegan raw cheese and i have a question.

do you have to use probiotic? my approach is a natural approach so i c probiotic as a non natural because if we eat how we ate 10,000 yrs ago then probiotic is not somthing we ate 10,000 yrs ago.

can the almond mix fermint without probiotic.

  • Wonderful, I now know how to make cheese.

  • 2:35 "that's because you're going to strain your nuts" ouch!

  • I'm not sure about the fermenting step. What is it? What is Probiotic?

    Doesn't sound good to me.

  • @1964parakeet thanks!

  • @krystilmist I found the recipe quoted from a few sources but the original is from "Rejuvenate Your Life" by Serene Allison. Check out goneraw.com/recipe/rich-cheddar-sauce.

  • @adkpinecone

Why would somebody be addicted to teeth? You have lost me.

  • @adkpinecone I was not talking about any 1 diet - I was talking about dairy. I find it interesting that you say veganism doesn't work because YOU couldn't get it right. This sounds quite "black and white" as you put it. There are many successful vegans in the world. In fact the healthiest, most vibrant people I know happen to be vegans so they must be doing something right.

  • @adkpinecone

Please explain to me where I said this or that diet is better. I'm sure we can all find doctors/gurus that will support our way of thinking - so I find it silly that you would try to refer me.. We could go tit-for-tat which would be pointless. If I am guilty of trying to convince people to my beliefs you may want to re-read your own posts as well.

  • In fact I probably eat more vegetables than anyone here lol. I eat a variety of foods not just grass-fed animal products. Not everything is white or black. Humans seem like they are hard wired to believe you either have to be 100% this or 100% that which is nonsense. Veganism does not lead to ultimate and spiritual health. Yes vegetables are good, but don't make it sound like its a paradise of health cause it isn't. I have even tried fruitarianism and that didn't work for me either!
