North Carolina has one of the largest state-owned road networks in the nation, which means that a road is being worked on somewhere just about all the time. It's only fitting that the North Carolina Department of Transportation sponsored this public service announcement reminding drivers to stay safe and slow it down in work zones.
The PSA was recorded off the air, from WBTV, during their 6:30 PM newscast on February 3, 1999.

That is your fault for the speed they drive. You should fix it to where they cannot do that speed and remember don't step out into traffic, even at a stop light!
