Mabinogi (The Alby Dungeon Arena Battle Coin)

There is a little known Mabinogian Adventure that I would like to share with you.

Its called the Alby Dungeon Arena and anyone who wished to test the skills of their Mabinogian against others player characters are welcomed.

But allow me to warn you now, it can be very infuriating.

Its also a lot of fun.

Instructions:

This video is for anyone who has never been to the arena. If you have, you probably wont learn anything. Heck, watch anyway.

You will need the Alby Dungeon Arena coins to get into Alby Dungeon Arena.

The first time I had heard about them was during the Goblin Quest. That nasty old goblin dropped a few when he was defeated.

I also heard Ranald sells them. He is the fellow in Tir Chonaill who trains you fighting skills. Take a few of his classes if you hadn't already done so.

Give at least one coin to your friend after you've acquisition and go to the Alby dungeon alter. Remember, Alby dungeon was the dungeon with the Giant Red and Golden Spider.

This is very important. You only need to drop one of the Alby Dungeon Coins to enter the arena.

"Why" you may ask. Well, because 5 are needed to enter the arena.

If you dont have enough, you can purchase more from the little man inside.

Click the statue with the swords.

Instructions:
Once inside, anyone can be targeted. The one with the most stars is the current champion. He is the one you should attack first. (Ha ha, just kidding)

You can try to protect your friend if you're strong enough. Sadly, I couldnt even protect myself.

Here is a few things I've discovered about Arena fighting:

The stars above the characters represent their won battles.

Dont worry about losing, you can revive on the side at anytime.

Its considered bad taste to attack someone weaker than you. Let them choose to fight you.

There is always one who seems to dominate the entire arena, you would do well to work your way toward him or her.

Play nice, these people are real. Choose to lose if you want to build character.
