Good walkthtru, but.. 3rd stage needs a bit more explanation...

NEVER been able to get past it. Need to kill ALL the monsters at once to do so (one knight at each spawn point?)

Basically each 3rd stage has to fill with a certain number of knights before you get to the 4th stage.
