He wasn't overloaded he wasn't Mexican he wasn't a rookie, but he may have been on uneven ground, but it doesn't take much in a Tipper trailer when hauling dirt. Dirt tends to pack in tight and doesn't just fall out making the trailer extremely top heavy. In some cases the driver doesn't have a choice where to dump it. Just a common unfortunate accident. Should always use a dump truck for dirt. My first thought was "Mexicans" as well SunsetSix.
@ mrkirk379. Amen to that man! You could clearly see he was on uneven ground. I drive an end dump and I always get out and walk around the truck to make sure I'm on even ground.
