  • i find this snake braiding friggin awesome! great review, as usual. but just by watching this i already know that this 2x4 pin cpu cable is too short to be routed on the back of any case, so it would probably be causing some cluster on the front of the mobo.

  • @ledbrasil up the back of the mobo tray - then through the CPU socket cut out. If it fits that way in a HAF-X then it will fit that way in most cases :)

  • Tom, when you said "Premier League" I totally remembered to ask you which football team you support! Would be nice to know :) If you're a Man Utd fan, I might as well unsubscibe :P lol kiddin'

  • @Galal0110 Im not really into football tbh :p

  • Great job on the review. I love that PSU's look and the snaked braids as well. What I would like to see is the actual reviews done on video and showing us step by step what its like. That would make your reviews more unique in my opinion. Show us what hell is really like in person for the PSU. :P

  • Love the indepth crits you do and having it backed up with tested facts just nails it for me, thanks.

  • Hey ttl! I have the cougar cmx 1000w, currently running 2x MSI gtx 580 Lightning extremes 3gb cards. I am wanting to drop in another card for tri sli, will this psu be able to handle it ? I have seen that people have bun running 2 cards with only 750w, i should be fine then ?

  • Best PSU review I've seen EVER Tom. James' knowledge brings a lot of extra details into things that noobs like me just don't know. I liked the included extension for the 8 pin CPU lead as many cases are large enuf to cause problems there. I actually like the braiding color scheme and agree that it could be used to set the scheme for a rig. Though only partially modular, it's effectively modular. What's built on needs to be. Thanks to you and James both. When you gonna rate the other PSU's?

  • Very Nice Review, I really liked the format of the review, James digged the over technical part and you showed us in a simpler an easier way to understand the qualities of the unit. I read a lot of psu reviews and i reckon psu's are REALLY complicated to review, so with your video and James' review we got the best of both worlds, thanks for another great video and plz keep 'em comin'!

  • i believe its 3456 because 1 and 2 are hardwired into the PSU ( the12v rails )

  • Hey Tom, can you review an 80+Platinum PSU? (e.g., Kingwin) I'm all for efficiency, but I wonder if they sacrifice things like ripple suppression to get there, or they're just that plain superior.

  • @TimeToLiveCustoms Are you into any sports? How about eSports? xD

  • Great video TTL. You OC3D guys really do a great job. I really like the video format you've done here.

    1. Part Introduction/Description

    2. Advertised info from the carton.

    3. Unboxing the item/accessories.

    4. Going over the whole product's features and aesthetics.

    5. The tested performance!!!!!!! (Strengths/Weaknesses)

    6. Wrap-up/rating
