  • Hey i have a question,in my workout is it better to do one set up to failure or like 2-3 sets with 15-20 reps?

  • @fahimmuchi Well it's better to do 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 12. But it depends what your goal is.

  • I don't have any bars so are close grip press ups good for triceps?

  • @novaboi24 Yes. If you want to make it harder try band close grip push-ups

  • @moricestreet909 i love how u said arms is like an award . same with me i always look forward to friday r saturday to get a big pump :D do u think i could hit bis after back also just to give it more cus my bis are my worst bodypart. i dnt see point in training tris twice as they get heavily hit by chest and shoulders already :)

  • @ballyvolanevids dude, you don't need big muscles in order to be strong. i've met guys with smaller arms than this guy's, but still surprisingly strong.

  • dude what's wrong with pushups? they work the triceps, front deltoid and pecs...
