Can you help me? My ipod doesn't get a white screen or anything but it's frozen and i tried restoring it and pressing the center and menu button..it restarts it but it's still frozen.. :(

@alejandra11171 Okay I have only two solutions for you. 1.Your iPod has a internal glitch error.

2.If your warranty is still up, seek out your local apple store provider to get a replacement. Bonus 1: If your

iPod has showed a white screen it definitively has a screen error, This could be cause by multiple

things:excessive pressing,water damage, and may have been dropped or tampered with

out your knowledge.

Bonus 2:Get A iPod Screen Protector He protects your screen from getting damaged.

can u help me? my ipod got a little wet when i charged it. then in the morning the my ipod had rainbow lines all over it and it doesnt play but the white screen appears sometimes and it dispears alot please help

@alicexz okay, the first thing you need to do,1. Is to let your iPod dry for at-least 2-3 hrs. 2. If it still shows a white screen your iPod is definitively on the verge of crashing.3.See if your warranty is still up for your iPod. 4.Seek your local apple store provider. 5.Go to apple.com and search for iPod screen replacement.

can you help me ~ I was running around with my friend Cory and me being careless put it in my butt pocket so it fell out on a tile ground didn't really inspect it but later on when i wanted to take a picture i homed button it and BAM "WHITE SCREEN OF DEATHHH ~" Lucky we just passes an apple store so i ran in -Day after black Friday- everyone was in their so all the told me to do "Restore or buy a new one for 150.." and i am so close to just openin this thing right up to if i can fix it myself..

@hawleyloren well loren, your in luck. I have 2 solutions for your problem. 1. Seek out your local apple store provider. 2. See if your warranty is still up. Bonus: Try to let your iPod dry about 1-3 days before trying to reset it.

i have a ipod nano 4th gen and i got it wet from the washer i tryed to use the rice mettad and it did not work. when i plug it in it shows a white screen beeps two times when i first plug it in. i tryed to charge it over night and it still did nothing. tryed to reset it that still did not work. if you have any suggestions for me that will be helpful.thanks from loren
