This is an amazing video, I'm so sorry you have to feel this way, and I truly hope your son grows up to live the best life he possibly can.

This is such a moving video, and I feel so touched and moved when I watch it.
Can I please have your permission to develop a dramatic monologue out of this?

I know you uploaded this a while ago, but I just wanted to comment that you are an incredible Mom, and Dominic is very lucky to have you. He is an amazing child. Stay strong, there's no need for you to feel guilty. You are both beautiful in every way. You're both in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.

Bailey, My heart goes out to you and Dominic. With in my last years of school for Special Education, I am beginning to see how difficult it is for the parents, and I admire how you are able to motivate him, and stay strong for both him and yourself. I wont ever fully be able to understand how you are feeling, but you and Dominic are in my thoughts, and I am always here if you need to talk.

My brother has autism & had it really bad when he was younger. like your son he had trouble speaking and lots of other behavourial problems. He drove his teachers and parents to tears with his antics but now aged 13 he is almost unrecognisable from what back then. His friends don't even know he has autism. Of course every now and again you can tell he has it when he says something or struggles understanding why certain things have to happen but he has improved so much. Don't give up hope! xxx

You are doing an amazing job with Dominic. Just think you said that the doctors told you he wouldnt talk, and now he is talking. Even if it is only when he feels like it, he learned that somewhere. You, Dominic and your family are in my thoughts and in my prayer. May God Bless You!!!!!! Keep your head up Bailey!!!!

bailey, i honestly think it's okay that you're jealous of those other parents. don't feel guilty about it. obviously, you love him very very much and that's really all that matters. just do the best you can for him, and take it one day at a time. <3

I don't know how are you feeling Bailey, but I do know how it is to have an autistic relative, Nicole that's the name of my cousin, she has autism, and I don't know but it breaks my heart when I see her mom cry for her... and it also brakes my heart to see my cousin going through that.

Wow, I had no idea you had a son, let alone that he had autism. I do know, however, that he is very lucky you're still there for him and put the time into him to teach him spelling and the alphabet. And also that you care about him so much. You're an incredible mom to love him so much and we all recognize this.

My heart goes out to you and Dominic, you are a wonderful mom and he is such a sweet boy! I don't know much about autism, and I've realized that I really need to do my research, but I want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you both. Stay strong, be brave, keep doing what you're doing, life will turn out how it ought to for you two and everything will be fine!
