Jim & Warren - 'Baby Blue' - Borders, SCP,17 June 2011

One of our 'Labelmates' pair - referring to Badfinger's stint on the Beatles' Apple label. This is about the best we've managed to play it, so far... meaning that the mistakes are all of relatively brief duration. Borders, South Coast Plaza.
This is my personal favorite Badfinger song, party because of watching the YouTube video of their 1972 lip-sync performance on the Kenny Roger / Rollin' on the River show. It's tempting to believe that they're playing it live, though various clues indicate otherwise - like the massively compressed sound of Joey's guitar and the drums (via one mic)...
