@QPD7406 They don't own it. It's more like they pay for access. that's an easement. EASE of access.

The company in question is EMBRIDGE. I would sue the police and I would sue Embridge. They would have a tough time getting their pipeline through after this.

Do not forget who runs the United States, like every other goverment it is run by the big familys, 1% of the population all heads of the countries are no more the the ceo until the Big Money wants someone else, check it out. Police are for the corporations not for the protection of the public, thats is just a time filler.

While I agree that this property owner should have all rights over his own property, I refuse to promote or thumbs up anything posted by such a deplorable video feed.

No QP the pipe and what's in it does if I get your permission to pay you five dollars to barry a timecapsel in your yard do I now own it ?

I live in the UK and even I understand what he is on about , there is no agreement with the company for pipework , that is why he asked them for payment to place pipe/pipes on his property. The company said they would make a payment if he signed an agreement and he said NO he did not want to sign any agreement/contract with them, which means any work done on his land at any time they would have to pay him to do so. Which is his right to do so they had no Agreement/contract.

If he was on the easement for the pipeline he was trespassing as that land belongs to the pipeline company

@smokeyburnout100 I agree not enough info. No existing pipeline would make more sense. I kind of wish we had the whole story instead of speculating. It makes the owner look innocent and the cop look like a fucknut when there are so many more variables to the scenario. It isn't just cut and dry like people are taking it. I agree if no existing or agreement then they were trespassing.

@NewOrleansBoy1970 They dont provide enough information. To me it seems they were trying to install a pipeline and there was no prexhisting pipeline. I got that from the talks over payment. If they didnt have an agreement of any sort then they had no right to be there and were therefor tresspassing not the property owner.
Welcome to the Police States of America!!!
