1. Near is awesome and he's just too adorable, not as much as L, but adorable nevertheless.
2. Mello is also awesome and we share the same love for chocolate. GO CHOCOLATE!
3. Matt may not have been in the manga nor the anime for long but he's also awesome because of his game addiction....like me ;)

*Raises Hand* Light, I know the reason for why many fan-girls as myself like L more than you and here are the reasons below:
1. He's just so darn adorable :)
2. He's not a psychopathic maniac
3. He didn't kill anybody's favorite characters
4. He's more cool than you
5. He's sweeter than you and he doesn't fake it either unless proven necessary
6. *Going back to number one* To add to that he's without a doubt the cutest character on death note
7. He just makes you want to hug him so much :)
