the windows suck...
Why do you mix windows-vista-like-windows and the macwindows (at the end)?
The rest looks quite awesome

Ugly GTK theme and ugly emerald window border. I think that if you want to implement the willwill ideas, GTK must be hacked or something, but already is not posible. It looks really bad.
As a n00b to linux, I found it to be as easy to use as Windows. The thing I like the most is the speed of getting tasks done. Linux helps the user massively in that field, especially if you learn CLI which is actually a lot faster than GUI. GUI is way overrated as an 'ease of use' attribute in program design. If you want to copy a file, what's the point of seeing a folder and files and dragging them over to another folder and blah blah when one line of text does all of that in a split second?

"can't run more than one Synaptec at the same time" why would you?
"if you manually download [..]"
again, why would you? if it's a deb you're not worrying about any dependencies, and key files are optional.
Installing in windows is a pain! Search sites trying to find out a program that does what you want, then find where to get it, then you gotta either pay for it, or find a crack for the version(s) you found, make sure the crack's not filled with viruses etc.
