my 10g reef (with 8 gallon sump)

I'm in process of switching over to a built-in overflow box, and until then, I'm using a lifereef HOB overflow.
Great HOB overflow, with very safe design. No siphon break fears, keeps a stable water level with the internal filter box (and no sump overflowing), and prevents water film from developing as you can see.
Using a clear glass lily pipe for my return (ADA style), with a Vortech MP10 for additional flow.

Filtration: Reef Octopus DNW-110 modded skimmer, and carbon
Fish: Cryptic Wrasse (yes, he's very cryptic)
Corals: Softies (Sanctithomae mushrooms, floridea ricordea and yuma ricordeas, zoanthids/palythoas), LPS (favias), and a few easy SPS (montipora cap, digitata)
