@notintere5ted its all the same .... IMAGINE racing on frozen tires !!! ... but yes like Pro racing and r/c PRO racing you can buy expensive tires , that ware out faster yest but grip a lot better .. .. BUT ALL RUBBER GRIPS BETTER WHEN HEATED ...
-
@JSprayaEntertainment traction is a big issue on a bike as u dont want to high side coz they hurt. My point is that real dragsters use special rubber compounds which need heating to get optimal grip, so do u use special rubber on the rc cars and does it make that much difference??
-
@notintere5ted well on a ducati traction is not an issue , you give it to much gas your just gonna wheelie but but why dragsters and rc cars do it , it to heat up the tires , hotter rubber grips better .. imagine racing with with frozen rubber tires. ( get it ? )
-
@JSprayaEntertainment no I havent raced models for ages, now I do a little bike circuit racing on my ducati., so I got real experience racing. Are you gonna tell me why they spin their tires now??
-
@notintere5ted every body is gonna know you have never raced before lol .. you should delete that comment

does anyone know where i can get an rtr dragster
-
what is the point in smoking the tires like that apart from geeking out. In real drag racing they lay down strips of rubber, several meters long to get extra grip, where you guys just do it on the spot. If it is to warm up the tires, does it make any difference on that surface...I think not. Still looks like fun :)
