A video documenting the development and constructing of a Robot Head that talks. The UI was coded in VB.NET using the Microsoft Speech API. The Visual Basic application communicates with a Basic Stamp via a Serial Interface.

@LANESRBIJA You can use any hobby robotics controller. I did most of the programming in DotNet, with a serial interface to a BS2 Board. I don't know a lot about robot controllers, but I'm pretty sure they all have serial interfaces.

@maxsupercool123 the robot really talks. Actually it's a PC doing the talking, connected to speakers attached to the robot with a hot glue gun.
