Top 100 Singles Wrestlers of the Modern Era #100-90

This is the first installment of my ranking of the top 100 singles wrestlers of the modern era(roughly 1981 to 2008). This is only based on my own personal opinion. This is only based on wrestlers in the US and Canada
area, so you won't see many Mexican, Japanese, etc. wrestlers unless they made a big impact in the North American westling scene. Also, it is for wrestlers who were big singles stars, so you won't see greats like Ricky Morton or Hawk for example, since they mainly were tag team stars. However, if a star was a singles competitor and a big star in North America, BUT also had great success in the tag team scene or overseas, that may be used by me in determining their ranking. yeah i understand it was done in 2008. and opinions are opinions. but some of these fellow commenters have a point. i only watched this first video, and was shocked at some of the guys that didnt even make the top 20. Christian #91? Kane #90? im skipping the next 8 videos. if I catch John Cena as #1, God WILL kill a puppy! and not just any puppy, a crying one while it sits in the rain! i dont want that because i LOVE puppies. and im sure you do to! so.... yeah............ Cena better not be #1

@AxeManWolf25 You have to understand that this Top 100 covers a large period of time, not the last ten years, so yeah, Kane, Christian, and Cena, his own self, aren't the whole enchilada. There were a lot of wrestlers during the modern era that needed to be ranked, too.

@jason60152 I actually loved the Ahmed Johnson run in the WWF and hate that he didn't get time to develop. It's funny, there is a comment on here somewhere where someone accused me of not giving Ron Simmons a fair shake. It's all opinion and I thank you for yours.

@jason60152 LOL at least you don't want Shamrock in the top 10. Ken was like a fast shooting star, looked like he'd burst into superstar status only to fade even quicker than he first flamed. Ken was better pro wrestler prior to his MMA venture in my opinion. As for Kane being unique, ever heard of Undertaker? Kane would probably be much higher if I re-did this list, but Shamrock might actually be lower.

@wrestlgurl You got Ken Shamrock number 99?The first WWF wrestler to use the ankle lock that Kurt Angle made famous?You got to be kidding me.Plus I think he was the first MMA wrestler in the WWF.This guy needs to at least be top 50.How many wrestlers you know that came from MMA and wrestled?Kane at 90?When Kane had his mask he was the top 10 wrestlers ever in my opinion because he was unique and rarely loss.His character was like nobody ever in the the history of wrestling.Kane had the best look

@wrestlgurl How can Ahmed Johnson be ranked 100?He was the most powerful and feared wrestlers in the WWF or WWE when he wrestled.He is the 2nd best black wrestler to me as far as his character and how he got ahold of the crowd in his short stint.The only black wrestler I see better is Booker T.Ahmed Johnson is the first intercontinental champion as a black person in the WWF.He is better than Ron Simmons and you got Ron Simmons as being better?You must not like Ahmed for some strange reason.
