Jeffrey Rosen, Santa Clara County District Attorney may help Fullerton Police Exonerate the "Deadly Six".

Based on his exoneration of Sheriff's Deputies who shot a young man to death standing in a marijuana field with a pellet rifle. Most shots were delivered while he was lying on his back and stomach bleeding to death from the first shot. Rosen also exonerated a cop who had killed a Vietnamese boy a few months before charging into another man's apartment and killing the unarmed man. His "Exoneration Basis" was "The Police had to kill him to prevent him from killing himself". Four Police Officers and four construction workers corral a 140 lb Japanese man who was mentally ill and homeless and well known as such, and shoot him to death. The shooter was recently wounded in the Middle East in the Armed Forces and more recently shot by one of his own Officers by accident. Jeffrey Rosen, despite the fact that these Police Officers were heavily armed with Night Sticks, Tear Gas, Police Dogs and Tasers, had to kill the man because the Cop Shooter "Was Afraid".

Now Rosen is proud that he exonerated them openly and expects people who recently elected him to avoid this criminal negligence, as was committed by the last Police Officer Married District Attorney, to be unhappy. Guess what, he got elected and it will take a lot to recall him. He will be a one term campaign liar.
