The IMPS are first and foremost a society of enthusiasts dedicated to the preservation and restoration of military vehicles from all periods, but mainly from WW 1 to the present day, regardless of the nation which produced or used them.
The achievement for many of us comes from returning these historic vehicles to as near as possible (within limits) their original condition.
In fact some of the more unusual vehicles owned by members can truly be described as unique in that they are the only surviving examples.
This clip is is dedicated to my dear friend David Forsdike known to the North London Barmy Army as Warrior.
David was a former newsreader from ITV Meridian whom I worked with for over a decade. He could pick a story out of thin air and many times on a quite news day he managed just that. He is sadly missed by all, especially those who attend the War and Peace Show, which he loved. This clip has been edited down from Battlefield to Remembrance a documentary together about living history and military vehicles which he narrated on the fly. We literally made the script up in the voice-over booth as we went along.

Very good series of Military vehicle collectors videos. presented by a very good host . I hope that wont mean the end of the video's?
