technically its a 1.4 but its modified so it legally turns into a 1.3 professional because it is not reccommended for consumer use after being modified. the awnser is a combination of both. light i.t watch it .love it.

hey dave i tried this out for new years and it worked pretty good. i did it with three cakes and lite them at the same time with another piece of the quick fuse. if u get a chance check it out its at the end of my vid 2011 new years fireworks

i did this to one of my cakes and forgot i did it and when i lit it it all went off at once, except one fell on the ground and blew up :/

Dave, what is your say on modifing a 1.4 cake fuse, do you think it really turns it into a 1.3G product? its a huge debate in the pyro world...is this a fact or a rumor?

Who knows the more I think about it I dont know. But my guess is if you ask the powers to be they will say you changed its classification. I just heard if you buy a box of 1.75 consumer shells in bulk like a box of 24 without a mortar then it becomes a Class B item because it is bulk. I really do not know. If you build it better light it quick I guess.
