Bizarre Eats Challenge 1 ( Sea Snails in Spicy Coconut Sauce)

1 pound of sea snails
1 tbsp cooking oil
4 cloves of chopped garlic
14 oz coconut cream
1 cup chopped Vietnamese mint
4-6 chopped red Thai chilies
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
