  • again, he didn't really answer the question. Basically he said "they can be good, or the can be bad".... That's fair enough, but at least give some details to support the two sides.

  • @patsaxon so the chinese system is the best. never saw it that way.

  • @fedupwithmediaidiots my ass is...

  • thanks bill! you answered a question about the relevancy of organizations that have historically been instrumental in protecting workers and developing the middle class as we know it in less than one minute! and so succinct as well -- "labor unions are good and bad.. some are corrupt" I learned SO much from watching this!

  • @manucalrad; your "fact" has been debunked.

  • AliceNchainz011 There is a big difference between fair wages and union wages. Union wages are normally way above the adverage pay deserved to the common worker and union ask for way too much in pay rate and do not produce as much as workers in China and are less appreciated to their employer and less respectful in every way. Union workers will not accept less and should loose their jobs to China!

  • Workers should unionize all over the world. Nobody should have to work in inhumane conditions anywhere! Wages should obviously be commensurate with the job that one does: but the idea unions are what pushed corporations to China is silly. The problem is when you have free(ish) trade with countries that have such radically crappier wages. The playing field needs to level, when you play with cheaters you can't win.

  • @patsaxon What's the difference?

  • I totally agree! Unions are greedy and that is why many American manufactures out source to China! I am for fair wages, but not for union wages.

  • Kinda circular Bill....not impressed......
