  • Why bother? Deploying and flaking the hose would be much faster.

  • youd be surprised it does work and it is fast try it next shift. its great for tight spaces. just another tool for your tool box.. thanks for checkin it out and stay safe brother

  • @mghreeves say you have a short stretch to the front door, this is far more efficent than just dropping the extra line you have left on your shoulder and creating a giant mess full of kinks...

  • I've tried both this and the triple load....the triple load is much easier in my opinion. just taking our time we were packed out and had water flowing in 45 seconds.

  • Can you take it in dry?

  • @mghreeves good for staging at corners, dedicate a couple loops at each corner, therefore if u need some extra distance after full deployment u have 10' at each corner and you are not advancing your full 150' of hose line to gain so, also gains distance at the corners instead of pulling around corner and creating snags or timely method of extending with another hoseline

  • With a triple load you could be flowing water in 20 seconds. I like the KISS method.

  • @mghreeves This works great when you don't have much room between the structure and the street. It allows to put a lot of hose in a small area without kinks.

  • @mghreeves A Cleavland load allows you to just pull the nozzle and leave the bundle in a nice neat circle at the bottom of the stairs or front door. it flakes out ridiculously easy. TRY IT before you criticize.. get your hands on the equipment and give it a shot. not saying its the end-all-be-all, but as ridekinksnw said, its a tool in the toolbox :D stay safe!!

  • roundabout load for me is way faster and no flakings required...

  • Bowl 2 rolled lines of 38mm (in Aus) or 50mm, flake at the door and have water on in about 15 seconds.... I still this is a waste of time.
