For some reason this video is blocked in certain countries because of copyright claims by WMG WITHOUT ANY NOTICE!. This is utter and complete bullshit. The song I used was one of the list that GTA video editor provided for legal use in gameplay videos. Fuck youtube and fuck copyrights. I'll audioswap this video so no one can bother me again.
Just some gameplay videos i put together from gta 4 pc version.
I only used the gta video editor and originally intended to upload it to rockstar games social club but upload failed :( .
Game runs at 30 fps at medium settings.detail and view distance are ~ 40%,no shadows.

I aint played that game yet. But, The GTA vice city, is "burned" into my mind yet!!
