@lafleurj9 make sure you hit softer tissue to be safe although in the heat of self defense it is some times hard to be really accurate.Aim for the nose and it will hurt them a lot more then you.Plus a really hard hit to the nose is very disorientating.So if you land some thing and follow it up you can finish the battle pretty quickly.Or at the lest they end up on their ass.
