front squats with 35's and leg press with 45's only. If you want more wheels you are going to need to focus on the rack. More rest in between sets. Less lunges. If your into sports you need power for example plyometric work outs. Your calves and quads are skinnier than your shoulders..With a gym like that you should be squating atleast 225 for front squats. Weak

Not this workout. This is a good workout for like MMA training. For building huge legs you want to look more to Bodybuilding style workouts.

gooo much deeper on the front squats. The thing that makes front squats so great, because you can go alot deeper than reg. squats.
Very intense tho, it looks like your trying to build up more muscular endurance rather than growth/strenght with 5mins of non-stop workout.
