The scientific definition of theory is about as close to law as you can get. Wikipedia defines a scientific theory as a "well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world, based on a body of knowledge that has been repeatedly confirmed through observation and experiment." In other words, a proven fact.

I acknowledge it is partially my fault for making assumptions by my misinterpretation, and that it is my fault we will now have to leave this circular embrace. ;_;

I have acknowledged it as being partly my fault for misunderstanding I just forgot to write about it, another fault on my part. And if we are indeed going in circles, I guess it ends now. =P

Well I could have rephrased it and used a literal question instead, but how would I have known to do so, that some random person on YouTube accidentally misinterpreted it?
(Are we just going in circles, just trying to out-speak each other?)

That would be true, if I would have understood that you meant it rhetorically.

True, but you implied you hadn't by replying literally to a rhetorical question.

Just because I said i haven't heard of it, doesn't mean i haven't looked it up.

That was a rhetorical question, as in, one which tells you get off your arse and Google it.
