Scientology is NOT a religion. It is a cult, posing as a religion in order to get tax exemption.

We should never use words such as "church", or "faith", which lend credibility to a criminal organization whose only goals are money, control and power.

It is dangerous and it destroys people's lives, rob them of their money, freedom of thought and expression, and of their families. Anyone who dares to speak up when they leave the cult will become victims of harassment, threats and slander.

I managed to get a copy of this book, it's very informative and tells quite a lot about the celebrities in $cientology and the difference between how they are treated and how the 'ordinary' members are treated.

The man is one of the best actors ever and has

given the public some of the best stories and

characters in film. Hey, is his ideal system

weird and peculiar? Sure, but I will not

This author Morton is not known to be a sleezy journalist. People or I should say one group(scientology) are just fearful of the contents that it does expose. Why would they sue him, especially if they feel thier lies. Wouldn't the truth be known if it were lies.

Sure, while we're at it, lets expose all other religions of death and put an end to them as well. Oh wait, thats nearly all of them. Every religion has people, sometimes more than others, than kill in the name of their religion, belief, or god. People have to stop being morons and start using their heads and realize that the actions of a few do not speak for the actions of all. If you fail to see this, you are likely to believe that 9/11 proves that all Muslims are suicide bomber/terrorists.

I agree that this Morton character sounds like a leech, but if his book on Cruise helps to draw out some of the truth about Scientology then it has done some good. Scientology is a religion of death and needs to be exposed.
