@falynch Galway isn't in Northern Ireland....Northern Ireland is subject to the Dangerous Dogs Act of the UK government...another wonderful piece of flawed legislation.
I also agree with lenasibreancatdog do more positive stories on APBT and "pitbull" type breeds after all BSL is wrong no matter what breeds it's aimed at :)

You don't need to go hating on other breeds nor should any dog breed be banned or hate.
This Is how to hatred on "pit bulls" began. Do POSITIVE stories of so called "bully breed".

There is no "pitbull" ban in the Republic of Ireland but there are restrictions on certain breeds when in public which are that certain breeds should be muzzled and leashed at all times when in public and certain breeds can't be kept in local authority housing.
