Mx3 supercharged - M62 supercharger + KLZE

Just some test runs when I first put on the supercharger, videos a bit lame, but will do for now. With those pulleys I'm only hitting 1.7psi boost, some videos I also had big boost leaks. Got an overdrive pulley in the works. So this videos more about the sound, because the power just aint there yet!

Running under MSnS with coilpacks, 2step etc.

read the description ;) AFRs were fine for what minimal boost it was running at that stage! The pistons sitting in my garage and 35mpg on a KLZE SC can confirm that.

Ah, Thanks dude, so this is not the actual supercharger, 'cause I know you can't turn on/off a supercharger. So this is only a supercharger kit, is that right?

You can turn off and on certain SCs, if they are clutched, it's the SC from an SLK230-m62 eaton. The pulley driving the SC has a clutch that is engaged by a 12volt signal. When that is engaged the clutch grips to the outer pulley which causes the 2 rotors inside to spin, which compresses the air. Mercedes had it set up so the ECU turns on the SC when the driver was accelerating hard. For me it was power on tap when you need it, naturally aspirated economy when you don't.

SuperCharger clutch - like air con, can be turned on and off with an electic/magnetic clutch

mx6 +klze + 2psi wouldnt come close to those acceleration

@santanoreal1096 please GTFO lol NA will never come close to a boosted KL, right now my new ze with turbo feel like shit with a little exhaust crack let me tell you it will kill any NA KLZE but it still feels shit with boost delayed by 1.5krpm.

What are you using for fuel enrichment? I was thinking about using a rising rate FMU. Some guy on Probe Talk has custom size crankshaft pulleys, which would help you build more boost. Nice clean installation, good work.
