Man, does this bring back memories. I grew up in the 1970s (born 1969) watching Elvis Presley movies on tv on weekend afternoons. I know that some see these films, especially his later ones, as cheesy. But I loved them as a kid, & am still fond of them today. Back then in the 70s, I didnt have a VCR, but I did have a tape recorder which I would use to record the songs and dialogue from his films. Clambake is just one of many I recorded that way so I could listen to it over and over again.
