I had blueberries that had the seeds in them and I didn't like the kind with
the seeds, so I decided to try my hand out on making my very own Blueberry Jam.
I hope you can understand the steps that I go through. It was the first time I had made this, but
it turned out really tasty and delicious! Hope you enjoy it! :)

Okay. Thanks for letting me know. I will look it up on your channel. My Mom loves to make homemade breads too. I am glad yours turned out great and that everyone loved it. :) If I make any in the future, I will do a video.

  • @cookinginspirations Other than the physical exertion of making the dough, it was really easy (if you have a kitchen aide, it will be a piece of cake). Look at my favorites and It's the one that makes 2 loafs (the 2 videos about bread making that I favorited are at the top of my favorite list because I just did it). It turned out great. Also, the first day the crust is hard, but the next day it softens up. I had it for thanksgiving and it was great and everyone like it. Give it a try!

I hope you find the blueberries. Sometimes it is hard to find them around in Kentucky too and some I have bought in the past, wasn't much good at all. I love the big plump juicy ones..lol. That is good that you made your first loaf of bread too. I haven't tried to make loaf bread before. I make cornbread and biscuits. I may have to give the loaf bread a try though and see how well it will turn out for me some time.

  • @cookinginspirations I just hope I can get some blueberries, maybe they have them imported. When I do the experiment I'll post a comment on how well (or bad) it worked out. I just made my first loaf of bread this week (actually 4),, so I am kind of a beginner. Thanks so much for your feedback.

Let me know how it turns out. Like I said, I just made it up..lol..so you can use as much water as you think is best. Mine turned out really good and tasty. I hope it turns out good for you too. :)

  • @cookinginspirations Thanks. I think I am going to try it.

Yes, it sure would of been better..lol. This was the first time I was doing this and had no recipe to go by. I actually was making it up as I went along. Kindly experimenting..lol. You are right though, less water would have been much better. It was a fun video anyhow..lol. Some times I make a flop and some times I get it right.

  • Would it have been better if you had started off with less water so you wouldn't need so much corn starch?
