Wow. What a great snapshot of San Francisco
Rock and Roll royalty on this stage. Sadly,
only two of them are still with us: R.I.P.
John Cipollina, Merle Saunders, and Spencer
Dryden, my favorite Rock Drummer of all time.
Barry Melton and Peter Albin still with us,
thank God. Thanks for posting this incredible
jam. Is this in San Francisco? GG Park?

WOW!.. Just.. WOW! The DINOSAURS!.. I wish these great vids were time-date/venue stamped. Motel Party Baby was one of those rare songs John did vocals on. The great thing about Thunder & Lightning, Dinosaurs, Terry & the Pirates, Problem Child, ZERO, San Francisco All Stars and Fish & Chips was that they played all these small local intimate venues, and created a magical atmosphere. At the end of every show, I felt blessed and deeply satisfied.. Those were some of the best years of my life.

you are so right about small venues ...John and Nick played at a really small pub in South London in the late 70's maybe even around 1980 ..anyway a while after the Maximum Darkness tour with John joing ranks with our wonderful Welsh Wizzards Man...they were incredible and as you rightly say you felt "Blessed" at the end.
