三門峽暢想曲 Three Gorges Capriccio San Men Xia (Erhu solo 二胡)

A solo I've been playing for about three months now. I recorded it as a music supplement for college applications. A few mistakes... urgh, but I couldn't edit anything so I had to follow through. Also, some screechy sounds on the D string because my string popped while I tried to record, so it's a spare. Feel free to comment.

this is one of my all-time favourite pieces. i was lucky enough to see a guy from the beijing orchestra performing it (to my classical chinese class of five people), but the feeling that you put into it makes his seem forgettable. thanks for uploading.

Beautiful. You really shine on your slow downs/playings. I suggest some smoother edges on notes and transitions on higher ups. Other than that, for 3 months this is awesome. Please keep posting progress. I'm currently looking for an erhu to get started myself. Hands down, your work is inspiring.
