People need to know the service is not unlimited like other companies. Plus latency issues forced me to seek another service

I know what you are doing now that I have viewed the videos up to this one. My installer used a laptop with some software to install my Broadband and adjust it.

I understand newstart2009 - your sales person should have explained the service to you BEFORE you purchased. That is a problem that I find, too many poorly trained people taking calls.

The larger service loops allow the Wildblue system to work correctly. WildBlue requires larger service loops than tv services
