Persecution - Dedicated to the Baha'is in Iran

My grandparents were imprisoned for being Bahais and on many occasions were pressured to recant their faith. My great uncle was tortured, blinded in one eye, beaten and finally martyred for his beliefs.

Sadly, this pattern of persecution still continues. Just a few months ago 7 Bahai leaders were suddenly taken captive and imprisoned in the notorious Evin Prison in Tehran, yet another part of the on-going campaign to attempt to eliminate the Bahai community by Iranian Clergy.

Iran can not grown and develop until the persecutions stop and women are given there rightful place. Iran (Persia) has a great history. Why can't the government be more noble?
