Wow, they found a way to turn a Vortex into a piece of shit lol. What I want to know is WHY did they replace the whole OEM cabinet with this hunk of crap instead of just adding a radio to the existing Whelen controller?

I sort of like the Ultravoice on these better, because FS doesn't produce rotating electronics anymore and the Whelen wail tone hiccups on the winddown to me, but the hiccup on the Ultravoice on the windup is strangely appealing to me.

I am surprised they sounded them that long I would have thought just a few blasts to signal the start and stop of Trick or treat.

why did they stop the Siren? was it to keep it from scaring them?

Why do some smaller communites activate sirens for trick or treating this and other videos i found on youtube they are so few and far in between and how long has this kind of thing been going on and most larger cites don't do this is tish a requirment in the smaller commuinties

Neat to hear those in Wail. When i was a kid in Shelby Township, it was always Alert, as far as i recall.

@murrfarms I agree, Whelen controllers are so much better than Federal Controllers. They carry so much better.

@jamesoncalebbrandon Like I stated in the video FS-Vortex and FS- 3016 Whelen Heads with Federal signal Ultra voice controllers. I thought the FS part was a clear indicator of what controls it had. : )
