Q: To be safe, can i change pass right after I've sent the email?
A: No, Blizzard wont be able to access to the database if you change the password.

Q: What if it takes more then a week before i recieve the mail?
A: Well, you can cancel the progres by logging into your account, or you can just wait alittle bit more
